Overdraft Privilege
TERMS AND MONTHLY FEES
- No monthly service charge
- Each item paid into overdraft will be charged a $27.50 Overdraft Item Charge
- Overdrafts may be created by check, in-person withdrawals, and withdrawals made at ATMs or other electronic means.
- ODP may save you embarrassment and inconvenience should you inadvertently overdraw your account
- ODP limits are discretionary and determined by the bank
- Negative account balances must be cleared on your account at least once in each 30 day period
- Bank will normally pay overdrafts within the overdraft privilege limits, however, payment is a discretionary courtesy, not a right or obligation and may cease at any time without prior notice or cause
- Generally, bank will not pay items into overdraft if:
- the resulting overdraft would exceed your established limit
- your account has been overdrawn 30 days or more
- you are in default on a loan or other obligations to the bank
- you are subject to any legal or administrative order or levy
